decision making

The class activity of decision making was frustrating, but at least we got some results at the end. When we dealt with decision making process, we tended to come out of possible outcome in spontaneous and flexible way. we jumped ideas one to one, although we were not confident if we could get some outcome that we all agreed. The leader tried to present problem and asked individual's respond. we all tended to give idea that it is best for ourselves so that the conflicts would come out. How to handle these conflicts that it was important for us . Different personality handled the conflict differently. some people focused on their own interest so they had to strive to get attention on their ideas; some people just compromised because their ideas did not accept by most of people; some people withdrew their ideas because they knew thast they did not have chance. People alway have different goals in decision making process so it is important for us to collaborate and negotiate between conglicts.

at first , we define our goal that is to build egg protector; we have limited time and resource, so we have to determine what kind of stategy would possiblely work for us; we try to develop which method would best protect egg, what kind of strategy work, if it does not what we do, and try to find back up plan;we assign member with different roles who does what;we get resource and build egg protector. i think my team did great job, although the egg did break. the only thing about my team is that we do not have team leader. we better have to assign a leader who can inspire efforts and communicate well in order to improve outcome.
